Open Businesses

From Suite, open the organization business list to view or create businesses.

Create or select a business

Use separate business records when offers, teams, locations, or reporting need to be separated.

Update general details

Keep the name, description, address, website, phone, and public-facing copy current.

Manage branding

Add logos and hero imagery so voucher pages look intentional and recognizable.

Review related vouchers and staff

Make sure each business has the right active vouchers and the right managers or sender relationships.

Good to know
  • Do not overload one business record for multiple unrelated venues.
  • Use the guest-facing name people will recognize.
  • Address accuracy matters for nearby discovery and guest directions.
