Improving business branding and link attribution

Use business imagery and voucher tracking fields to make guest-facing vouchers feel polished and easier to measure.

Steps
1

Add a business logo

Upload a logo from the business settings page. The logo appears in Desk, business profiles, and guest-facing voucher surfaces, helping staff and guests recognize the business quickly.

2

Add a business hero image

Upload a strong hero image from business settings. A good hero image gives vouchers and business pages a more polished, branded presentation than the default placeholder treatment.

3

Keep the business website current

The business website is the destination guests use when they click through from a voucher. Make sure it points to the right booking, menu, landing, or business page.

4

Add UTM tracking to the voucher

Use the voucher tracking fields to append custom UTM parameters to the business website link shown on sent vouchers.

5

Review attribution in your analytics tools

When a guest clicks the business link from a sent voucher, the UTM parameters help your analytics tools attribute that traffic back to Concierge Drawer, the voucher campaign, or a specific offer.

Good to know
  • A clear logo and hero image make vouchers feel more intentional and trustworthy to guests.
  • Use campaign names that your marketing or analytics team will recognize later.
  • UTM tracking affects the outbound business website link; it does not change the voucher redemption status inside Concierge Drawer.
