Getting started with Suite

Set up the operator side of Concierge Drawer so your team can create offers, invite staff, and track activity.

Create or join your organization

Sign in from the main site, accept an invitation if one was sent to you, or create your organization during onboarding.

Add your first business

Suite is organized around businesses. A hotel, restaurant, bar, spa, or experience partner can each be managed as a business.

Complete the business profile

Add the public-facing name, description, address, website, contact details, logo, and hero image. This information appears in Desk and on voucher pages.

Invite teammates

Add managers or staff from organization settings or business settings depending on who should manage the whole organization versus a single business.

Create your first voucher

Use the voucher builder to define the guest-facing offer, redemption details, visibility, sending rules, and tracking settings.

Good to know
  • Start with one real business and one real voucher before inviting a large team.
  • Keep business descriptions guest-facing. Internal notes belong in your own operating docs.
  • Use test sends before announcing a voucher to your concierge team.
