Create or join your organization
Choose Get started on the main site and sign up with your email. Choose Suite to manage offers, then create your organization or accept an invitation to an existing team.

Add your first business
Suite is organized around businesses. A hotel, restaurant, bar, spa, or experience partner can each be managed as a business.

Complete the business profile
Add the public-facing name, description, address, website, contact details, logo, and hero image. This information appears in Desk and on voucher pages.

Invite teammates
Add managers or staff from organization settings or business settings depending on who should manage the whole organization versus a single business.

Create your first voucher
Use the voucher builder to define the guest-facing offer, redemption details, visibility, sending rules, and tracking settings.
Good to know
- Start with one real business and one real voucher before inviting a large team.
- Keep business descriptions guest-facing. Internal notes belong in your own operating docs.
- Use test sends before announcing a voucher to your concierge team.
