Yes. Concierges, front desk staff, and independent senders never pay for Desk. Every Suite plan includes unlimited senders, with no per-seat charge.
An outlet is an individual restaurant, bar, spa, or other venue offering vouchers. A hotel with two restaurants and a spa counts as three outlets. The hotel itself doesn't count as an additional outlet.
Suite Essential is $149 per month, charged as $447 every three months in advance. Suite Plus is $249 per month, charged as $747 per quarter. Suite Enterprise pricing is custom.
Yes. The annual option includes one month free: $1,639 per year for Suite Essential and $2,739 per year for Suite Plus.
No. Live vouchers, promotions, and Desk senders are unlimited on every plan. Suite Essential covers one outlet, Suite Plus covers up to two, and Suite Enterprise supports a custom outlet count.
No. The pricing model is a flat subscription with no per-redemption fees. SMS and email voucher delivery are included in every plan.
You can upgrade mid-quarter with prorated charges. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next quarter. Contact us to discuss the right plan for your operation.
All integrations are coming soon. Suite Plus is planned to include one PMS connector; Suite Enterprise will support multiple PMS and POS connectors. You can send vouchers manually from Desk today.
