These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you and Concierge Drawer, Inc. ("Concierge Drawer," "we," "our," or "us") governing your use of the Concierge Drawer platform, including the Suite at suite.conciergedrawer.com, the Desk at desk.conciergedrawer.com, and associated services.
By creating an account, accepting an invitation, or otherwise accessing the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you are accepting on behalf of an organization (a hotel, restaurant group, or concierge operation), you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" in these Terms refers to both you and that organization.
If you do not agree, do not use the platform. You can always review the current version of these Terms at conciergedrawer.com/legal/terms.
Concierge Drawer is a hospitality voucher orchestration platform. It allows hospitality businesses to create voucher templates, configure distribution policies, connect to property management systems, and track voucher redemptions. It allows concierges and front-desk staff to browse available offers and send vouchers to hotel guests via SMS or email.
The platform operates across three distinct areas:
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or add features to the platform at any time. We will give reasonable notice of significant changes that affect your workflow.
Suite accounts are for sponsoring businesses - hotels, restaurant groups, and other operators who create and govern voucher programs. Suite accounts require email and password authentication. You must register at suite.conciergedrawer.com and verify your email to activate your account.
Desk accounts are for senders - concierges, front-desk staff, and independent platform members who send vouchers to guests. Desk users authenticate exclusively via magic link email - no password is required or set. Desk users are either invited by a business with an active Suite subscription or self-register as independent concierges.
You are responsible for:
You must provide accurate account information and keep it current. Accounts used for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal purposes will be terminated.
Concierge Drawer is built for legitimate hospitality use. You agree to use the platform only for its intended purpose and in a manner consistent with applicable laws and the spirit of genuine hospitality service.
You must not:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, and to report illegal activity to relevant authorities.
The Desk is free for concierges and front-desk staff. There are no fees to create a Desk account, send vouchers, or access the network.
The Suite is a paid subscription for businesses. Billing applies at the Business level - each active Business within your Organization is billed separately at the applicable monthly rate.

When your staff send vouchers through Concierge Drawer, guest contact information (name, email, phone number, and optionally room number) is entered into the platform and used to deliver the voucher. By using the platform to send vouchers, you represent and warrant that:
Concierge Drawer acts as a data processor with respect to guest personal data that you provide. You are the data controller. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle this data and the technical and organizational measures we take to protect it.
If you connect a PMS that automatically delivers guest data into the platform, you are responsible for ensuring that your PMS data sharing is lawful and consistent with your own privacy policy and guest-facing disclosures.
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of guest data you enter into the platform. Concierge Drawer is not liable for misuse of guest data that results from your actions or your staff's actions.
Our platform
Concierge Drawer and all associated software, design, trademarks, and documentation are owned by Concierge Drawer, Inc. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for its intended purpose during your subscription term. No rights are transferred to you beyond this license.
Your content
You retain ownership of all voucher templates, offer descriptions, brand assets, and other content you create in the platform ("Your Content"). By submitting content to the platform, you grant Concierge Drawer a limited license to store, display, and transmit Your Content as necessary to provide the service - for example, rendering your voucher templates on the guest voucher page.
You represent that Your Content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights and that you have the rights to upload and use it in the platform.
Feedback
If you submit suggestions, ideas, or feedback about the platform, you grant us the right to use that feedback freely and without compensation. We appreciate it and may or may not act on it.
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available." We make reasonable efforts to keep the platform operational and secure, but we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of security vulnerabilities.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising under or related to these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total fees you paid to Concierge Drawer in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars ($100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for consequential damages; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You may close your account at any time from your account settings. For Suite accounts, cancellation of your subscription ends your access to paid features at the end of the billing period. You may export your data before closing your account.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time if:
Following termination, your data will be retained according to our data retention schedule described in the Privacy Policy and then permanently deleted. If you believe a termination was made in error, contact [email protected].
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), rather than in court - except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations or data security breaches. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
If you are a resident of the European Union, nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable EU consumer protection laws, and you may also have the right to bring claims before the competent courts of your country of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes - changes that meaningfully affect your rights or obligations - we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect and post a notice in the platform.
Minor changes (such as clarifications, corrections, and non-material edits) may be made at any time without prior notice. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the date of the most recent revision.
Your continued use of the platform after updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance. If you disagree with a change, you should stop using the platform and close your account before the effective date.
