Creating a voucher

Create a voucher that is clear for staff to send and clear for guests to redeem.

Open Vouchers

From Suite, choose the organization or business where the offer should live, then open Vouchers.

Create a new voucher

Add a concise title, guest-facing description, terms, and redemption instructions.

Assign the business

Choose the business that owns the offer. This determines branding, address context, and reporting.

Choose visibility

Start private while testing. Move to partner or public visibility only when the offer is ready for staff discovery.

Configure tracking

Set campaign fields if your team uses UTM reporting or wants to attribute traffic from voucher links.

Good to know
  • The title should be readable in a list. Avoid long promotional copy.
  • Put restrictions in terms, not in the title.
  • Write redemption instructions for the person at the host stand or front desk, not just the guest.
