Troubleshooting login links

Fix common issues with magic links, password login, and invitation links.

Suite and Desk users
Steps

Use the newest email

Magic links and invitation links can expire. If you requested more than one, use the most recent message.

Check the right inbox

Use the email address associated with your invitation or account.

Check spam and filters

Search for Concierge Drawer if the message does not appear after a minute.

Request a fresh link

Return to sign in and request a new link if the old one expired.

Contact support

If the link still fails, email support with your email address, organization, and which app you are trying to access.

Good to know
  • Do not forward magic links to another person.
  • Open the link in the same browser where you plan to use the app.
  • If you were invited, accept the invitation instead of creating a separate account.
