Open dashboard or voucher activity

Start from the organization dashboard for broad activity or a voucher detail page for a specific offer.

Compare sends and redemptions

Look at how many vouchers were sent, how many were redeemed, and which offers are generating real guest activity.

Filter by business or date

Use the relevant business and reporting period to keep the numbers tied to an operational question.

Review sender attribution

See which concierges or staff members are driving sends when attribution is available.

Export when needed

Use exports for deeper reporting, partner recaps, or internal reviews.

Good to know
  • Redemptions measure completed guest action. Sends measure staff activity. You need both.
  • Low redemption can mean weak offer fit, unclear terms, or poor timing.
  • Use early data to improve the offer, not just judge it.
