Sending a voucher

Send the right voucher to a guest by SMS or email without leaving the Desk workflow.

Steps

Find the offer

Use the dashboard, search, category filters, time-of-day filters, or nearby distance filters.

Open the voucher

Read the offer details, terms, business location, and redemption instructions.

Choose send

Open the send dialog and enter the guest contact information.

Add context if useful

Include a short note when the guest needs extra context, such as reservation timing or why the offer was chosen.

Confirm delivery

After sending, use the Sent area to confirm the voucher was created and review recent sends.

Good to know
  • Send only offers the guest actually requested or clearly agreed to receive.
  • Double-check phone numbers before SMS sends.
  • Use a short note. The voucher page should carry the main offer details.
