Getting started with Desk

Desk is where staff browse available offers, choose the right voucher, and send it to a guest.

Steps

Sign in with your email

Desk users can sign in with a magic link. Use the same email address your hotel, restaurant, or organization invited.

Finish your profile

Add your name, role, photo, and location details so sent vouchers are clearly attributed to the right sender.

Browse available vouchers

Use categories, time-of-day filters, search, and distance filters to find the right guest offer quickly.

Open a voucher before sending

Review the business, offer details, redemption instructions, and any usage limits before sharing it with a guest.

Track what you sent

Use Sent to confirm what went out and revisit recent guest sends.

Good to know
  • If location filters do not work, add your address in profile settings or allow browser location access.
  • Use search when you already know the restaurant, hotel, or offer name.
  • Confirm the guest phone or email before sending.
