Open organization billing

Billing is managed from Suite organization settings when billing is enabled for your workspace.

Review the active plan

Confirm the subscription status, renewal timing, and any usage assumptions tied to your account.

Check business coverage

Make sure the businesses you expect to use Concierge Drawer are covered by the right plan or pilot arrangement.

Contact support for billing changes

For plan changes, invoice questions, or billing corrections, contact [email protected].

Keep owner access current

Make sure at least one active admin can reach billing settings and receive account emails.

Good to know
  • Billing questions should come from an admin or account owner when possible.
  • Include the organization and business name when emailing billing questions.
  • Do not share card or sensitive payment details over email.
